If you submit a lead funnel or contact form through a publication powered by Peekscribe, your submission may be shared with that publication operator and resident expert so they can respond to your request. The publication operator controls how they use your lead data after receipt.

For data processed on behalf of publication operators, Peekscribe acts as a service provider or processor. The publication operator is responsible for its own legal basis, notices, and outreach compliance.

5. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

If GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention, and reliability), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

6. Payment Processing (Dodo Payments)

Subscription payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments may collect payment method details and billing information directly under its own privacy terms. Peekscribe receives limited billing data such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and subscription state needed to operate your account.

7. Domain Registration and Operations Data

When domain services are used, we may share necessary domain and operational information with registrars, DNS providers, and infrastructure providers to perform domain checks, registration, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • service providers that host, secure, and operate our platform;
  • payment processors, including Dodo Payments;
  • domain and DNS providers needed to run your requested domain operations;
  • analytics and monitoring providers used to maintain service reliability and security;
  • authorities or counterparties when required by law, court order, or legal process;
  • successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
